It's the perfect macro friendly meal to make at any time of the day for those of you that have a sweet tooth like me. If you enjoy, try experimenting with other ingredient combinations and toppings.

30g VPA® Whey Protein
100g Plain Wholemeal Flour
60g Fresh Banana (between 60-100g is fine)
10g Raw Cocoa
Sprinkle of cinnamon
600ml room temperature water
Blend all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl with a stick blender (or blend with a nutribullet and then pour into a bowl).
Once the mixture is a thin liquid with no clumps, microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
Before eating add desired toppings such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, dark chocolate, granola, coconut oil, coconut shavings or more fruit!
