Did someone say "Peanut Butter Jelly time!". These PB+Jam Protein Balls are a creation of classic flavours. They are a bit nutty with a sweet surprise in the middle. Each bites is a surprise of different flavours and texture. Made vegan, oil-free and in only 15 minutes they are the perfect pick-me-up when you are feeling a little snack-ish.These balls of yum are made with VPA Vanilla Premium Plant Protein powder.

Ingredients
½ GF rolled oats

3 tbs VPA® Vanilla Premium Plant Protein powder
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup desiccated coconut
1 tbs maple syrup
4-6 tbs water
3 tbs strawberry or raspberry jam
Directions
Add all ingredients except the water & jam to a high-speed blender and blitz until mixture is finely processed. Add water little bits at a time until a dough consistency is reached.
Using a bit more than a tablespoon of mixture to make a ball, form a well in the centre and place jam. Carefully close into a ball shape and place on a plate.
Place balls in the fridge for a least 30 minutes to set. Store these in the fridge.
