These Peach Protein Balls are the perfect healthy snack option. Made with only 6 ingredients, you can easily whip up a batch and have them ready for when you are feeling a little bit snack-ish & need a boost of energy. See recipes notes for peach substitute. These peach protein balls are made with VPA® Vanilla Premium Plant Protein.

10 dried peaches, see notes
6 dates, pitted
¼ cup almond meal
¼ desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
3 tbs VPA® Vanilla Premium Plant Protein powder
2-3 tbs water
Add all ingredients except the water in a high-speed blender and blitz until mixture is finely processed. Add water little bits at a time until a dough consistency is reached.
Roll into balls, then cover in coconut and place on a plate.
Place balls in the fridge for a least 30 minutes to set. Store these in the fridge.
Notes: can substitute peaches for 15 dried apricots for apricot protein balls.
