These Salted Caramel Almond Protein Balls make the perfect healthy snack option to have during your busy work week. They are made vegan, gluten-free, oil-free and made with only 7 ingredients. Made in 15 minutes you can quickly whip up a batch so you can have these energy bites all week long!These bliss balls are made with VPA® Salted Caramel Premium Plant Protein.
Chop 2 tbs of almonds into small pieces (for rolling) by hand or using a high-speed blender, set aside.
Add the flaxseeds to a high-speed blender and blitz until the seeds are a fine consistency (this allows for proper absorption of nutrients and makes them easier to digest).
All the remaining ingredients except the water and blitz until mixture is finely processed. Add water little bits at a time until a dough consistency is reached.
Roll into balls and place on a plate.
. Place balls in the fridge for a least 30 minutes to set. Store these in the fridge. Enjoy!
