Here's another delicious protein recipe. Try this healthy, low carb peach protein porridge for breakfast!

45g Oats
30g VPA® Australia Premium Whey
30g Greek Yoghurt
1/2 Tinned Peach
Peanut Butter
1/2 Tinned Peach
Flaked Almonds
Frozen Raspberries
For the porridge, cook the oats in a saucepan with water on a low slow heat.
Once at desired consistency add your peach and Greek yoghurt and mix.
Turn off the heat and stir in whey protein and pour into a bowl and top with chosen toppings - enjoy!
