Ingredients
40g reduced fat cream cheese
70g yoghurt
-
8g VPA® Australia Vanilla WPI
5g cocoa powder
+/- 1 x Lindt dark chocolate square, melted for decoration ( i.e shavings, and to coat jar - optional)
+/- fresh strawberries to serve
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, yoghurt (I used salted caramel flavour), and protein powder and beat with an electric beater for ~1 minute until smooth (or optional to hand mix).
Sift in the cocoa powder and beat again for ~30 seconds until combined.
Refrigerate for ~ 1 hour or until thickened, or for an express option place in the freezer for ~20-30 minutes (for EXTRA creaminess & thickness refrigerate overnight).
Serve with sliced or whole strawberries (i.e to dip into mousse) or alt fruit of preference.
