Holiday rush? You can have these chocolate no bake protein balls ready to go for your weekly or daily snack. These little balls of heaven are packed with protein, healthy fats, and a good amount of carbs to fuel your day!

You can have these chocolate no bake protein balls ready to go for your weekly or daily snack. These little balls of heaven are packed with protein, healthy fats, and a good amount of carbs to fuel your day!

1 cup no stir creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup rice malt (or honey)
1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats- blended)
1/2 cup VPA® Whey Isolate (chocolate)
1/8 teaspoon salt
Water (dash to soften consistency)
1/4 cup chocolate
Chocolate buttons for decoration
Just mix all the ingredients together (minus the chocolate and choc buttons and press into a baking tray.
Melt your chocolate and spread over your mixture. Top with choc buttons and leave in the fridge to set.
Voila! A delicious protein rich snack!
