Australia has been holding on to warm porridge weather and this was probably my favourite recipe to date. Tastes just like an old school Doughnut King cinnamon doughnut… however fibrous, nourishing and protein packed.
1/2 cup oats
1 & 1/2 cups water
VPA salted caramel Premium Plant Vegan Protein
10g almond or cashew butter
10g sugar free maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia
Cook oats on stovetop with water over low heat.
Poor cooked oats into a bowl and add your scoop of protein powder. Mix well!
Make your cinnamon sugar by combining the cinnamon and stevia. Sprinkle an even coating over your oats.
Combine your almond butter, sprinkle of salt and maple syrup to make a sauce. Finish off the bowl by drizzling it all over.
