Hands up for a Homer Simpson donut! Pink frosting and all. This guilt-free high protein donut is made with VPA® whey protein isolate.

- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

2 scoops VPA® WPI Strawberry
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Coconut Oil
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 scoop WPI Strawberry
- 1 tbsp. Cashew Butter
- 4-5 drops of Pink Colouring
- Splash of Milk
Icing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180º.
- In a food processor combine all donut ingredients.
- Divide donut mixture between 10 donut tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- For icing mix together all remaining ingredients, slowing adding milk until desired consistency is achieved.
- Drizzle frosting over cooled donuts. Enjoy!
