Ingredients: 1 ⅓ cup almond flour; 1 ½ scoops VPA Vanilla Micellar Casein; 1/4 cup brown sugar loosely packed; 1 ¼ teaspoons ground ginger; 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves; 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg; 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom; 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda; 2 tablespoons maple syrup; 3 tablespoons almond butter; 1 egg; 2 teaspoons warm water (if required)

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cup almond flour
1 ½ scoops VPA Vanilla Micellar Casein
1/4 cup brown sugar loosely packed
1 ¼ teaspoons ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 egg
2 teaspoons warm water (if required)

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until it forms a dough. Slowly add the warm water a bit at a time if the dough is too dry and not coming together.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until 0.5cm thick.
Cut out the gingerbread men or whatever shape you desire using a cookie cutter.
Bake at 160°C for 12 mins or until golden brown.
