and protein, these gingerbread men will have you coming back for more. Made using VPA’s Vanilla Micellar Casein, this recipe is
sure to be a hit with the whole family this Christmas season.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until it forms a dough. Slowly add the warm water a bit at a time if the dough is too dry and not coming together.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until 0.5cm thick.
Cut out the gingerbread men or whatever shape you desire using a cookie cutter.
Bake at 160°C for 12 mins or until golden brown.
