Ingredients

¾ cups VPA® Vanilla Premium-Plant Protein Powder
½ cup almond flour
½ tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup water
8 pitted dates
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tbs almond milk
1 tbs rice malt syrup
½ cup salted peanuts
70g vegan chocolate

Directions
To make the base, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add pumpkin and water and mix until combined. Press dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and place in the refrigerator.
To make the caramel sauce, blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Remove the base from the fridge and spoon on the caramel sauce. It will be sticky, so try spread it as evenly as you can.
Top the caramel sauce with a layer peanuts and put in fridge for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge and slice into desired shape. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and place back in the fridge for chocolate to set. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
