This high protein French toast is so quick and easy you can make it with your VPA® shaker! Made using VPA® Egg Protein Powder and Vanilla WPI, this recipeis perfect for breakfast, a snack or even dessert.
Fill your VPA® shaker to the 100mL mark with water.
Add milk to bring it to the 250mL mark.
Add the egg protein powder, vanilla WPI and cinnamon to the shaker and shake vigorously until no lumps remain.
Pour into a shallow dish and soak the bread in the mixture, flipping to ensure that both sides are heavily coated.
Place the bread in a hot fry pan and cook on both sides for a few seconds.
Serve immediately with fruit, syrup and/or dusted icing sugar. Enjoy!
