100 mL water
150 mL milk of choice
1 scoop VPA® Egg Protein Powder
1 scoop VPA® Vanilla WPI or WPC
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 slices Helga’s Lower Carb Bread
Fill your VPA® shaker to the 100mL mark with water.
Add milk to bring it to the 250mL mark.
Add the egg protein powder, vanilla WPI and cinnamon to the shaker and shake vigorously until no lumps remain.
Pour into a shallow dish and soak the bread in the mixture, flipping to ensure that both sides are heavily coated.
Place the bread in a hot fry pan and cook on both sides for a few seconds.
Serve immediately with fruit, syrup and/or dusted icing sugar. Enjoy!
