1 cup Flour
1 scoop VPA® Vanilla WPI
½ cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Raspberries
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 160º and line a baking tray.
In a food processor combine all dough ingredients.
To make the filling combine the raspberries and maple syrup.
Roll out the dough and spread over the raspberry filling.
Roll up and cut into 4 even sizes.
Bake for 15 minutes.
