Christmas Protein Brownies

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, cocoa, sweetener and baking soda. Mix to combine.

3. Add greek yoghurt and almond milk to dry ingredients and mix until a batter is formed.

4. Roughly chop your chocolate and fold into brownie batter. Pour batter into lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool.

5. Once cooled, slice into 8 triangles. To decorate, break up candy canes and insert at the bottom of each triangle. Garnish with metallic icing gel and sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
