Ingredients
50g Plain Flour

30g VPA® Chocolate Whey Isolate
40g Cadbury Premium Dark Cocoa
40g Nativa Natural Sweetener
5g Baking Soda
250g Chobani 0.5% Fat Greek Yoghurt
100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
45g Chocolate
Metallic Icing Writing Gel
Candy Canes

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, cocoa, sweetener and baking soda. Mix to combine.
Add greek yoghurt and almond milk to dry ingredients and mix until a batter is formed.
Roughly chop your chocolate and fold into brownie batter. Pour batter into lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, slice into 8 triangles. To decorate, break up candy canes and insert at the bottom of each triangle. Garnish with metallic icing gel and sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
