1 cup Flour
1 cup Almond Meal
1 tsp baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 cup of Sugar Free (diabetic friendly choc)
Preheat the oven to 180° and line a baking tray.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Take about 3 tbsp of the mixture and press onto the tray. Repeat.
Bake for 10 minutes.
