Here's a yummy vegan-friendly protein ball recipe that's packed with super greens! They are your new perfect healthy go-to snack. Top with crushed almonds and enjoy!

1 scoop VPA® vanilla plant protein
½ cup almond meal
1 tsp VPA® greens powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp warm water
Cinnamon
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. If the mixture looks and feels a bit dry, add a little water.
Using your hands, mix ingredients and roll spoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls.
Place the balls on the prepared tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve the balls straight from the fridge or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Use sugar free maple. Double for 12g protein per serve.
