A high protein, low calorie pizza omelette! This is a great option for a meal or snack that is low in carbs and fat to complement your weight loss goals. Made with VPA® Egg White Protein.

VPA® Egg Protein
150 ml water
Blue cheese (you can opt for any type of cheese)
Tomatoes
Spices (garlic powder, paprika, herb mix, salt)
Weigh out 25g of Egg White Powder into a tall cup or shaker
Add 150ml room temperature water
Slice up vegetables of choice (tomatoes)
Slice a small amount of blue cheese and blend thoroughly with a stick blender
Pour cheese into a medium hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until air bubbles form on top
While cooking, spice as desired (garlic powder, paprika, herb mix, salt)
Add vegetables of choice on top
Add cheese for toppings
Cover with a lid and remove from the heat for 2-3 minutes
