These peanut butter blondies with soft chocolate chips are so easy you only need a food processor. Made using VPA® Vanilla Micellar Casein, they make a yummy protein snack.

250g canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3 scant cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup milk of choice
40g VPA® Vanilla Micellar Casein
1 teaspoon baking powder
70g choc chips
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Blitz all ingredients (except the choc chips) together in a food processor until smooth.
Fold in the choc chips.
Smooth out the mixture into a lined square tin and bake for approximately 25 mins.
Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
