Dessert? or Post workout?
Here is a great smoothie, packed with flavour and of cause protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Choc caramel WPI
  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 Date
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • ½ tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 1½ tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • Option – Ice

Method

  1. Freeze 1 peeled banana ahead of time.
  2. In a bullet blender, add smoothie ingredients and blitz until smooth. (Add ice for a thicker smoothie, or simply pour over ice)
  3. Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
