Swap your store bought protein bar for these super easy 5 ingredients bars. Loaded with almost 25g or protein per bar. These Vegan Choc Orange Protein Bars are a great post work out snack.
- 4 scoops VPA Chocolate Premium Plant
- 1½ tbsp. Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Cashew Butter
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 small Orange (zest & juice)
- Optional – Vegan Dark Choc (to top)
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to a lined loaf tin & press in firmly.
- Set in fridge.
- Optional – Drizzle with dark choc.
