3 large bananas, frozen in small chunks (approx. 300g)
1/2 cup plant milk of your choice (I used almond milk) or water*
1 scoop VPA® Salted Caramel Premium Plant Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed food processor or blender.
Process until well combined, pausing to scrap down the sides.
If required, add more plant milk or water 1 tbsp at a time until mixture is combined well.
Add any toppings or have it on its own. Enjoy immediately.
