Made using VPA’s Choc Hazelnut WPC, not only is this decadent
mug cake quick and simple to make but it’s super high in protein.

1 scoop (30g) VPA Choc Hazelnut WPC
1 tablespoon oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice
Drizzle of choc hazelnut spread (optional)
Grease a deep mug and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the mug and microwave for 70-80 seconds.
Remove carefully from the microwave (take caution as the cake and mug will be hot).
Add a teaspoon or drizzle of choc hazelnut spread on top of the cake whilst it’s hot. Enjoy!
